What to Expect
At Zen-Vaca we offer properties and customer service to make your getaway truly "Zen-like".
All properties are equipped with smart locks allowing you to select your own code and arrive anytime after check-in. No coordinating a meeting with a property manager or during limited office hours.
Upon arrival you will find all linens (bedding and towels) provided and beds neatly made. Basic kitchen supplies, cookware, paper towels, Keurig (and starter pods), toilet paper, laundry detergent, and dishwashing pods are provided and will help start your getaway without having to worry about the small stuff.

We had a terrific time at this wonderful condo that has spectacular views of the ocean, especially from the master bedroom. The host was very responsive and the condo comes equipped with everything you need. This was our second stay at this condo and we will definitely plan to visit again in the future.

Channel Cabana was fantastic! Me and two of my close friends had a long girls weekend here. From the moment we entered, all of us fell in love with the house. The floor plan, furnishings, and decorations were up-to-date and adorable. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, the den is comfy and inviting. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless. The front screened in porch was a peaceful outlook into the marsh area and the neighborhood. The back porch deck overlooked the channel, and the marsh view was serene and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay so much. Underneath the house, there were swings, picnic table, and several chairs to accommodate several people - even a hammock and kayaks! We had a fabulous time at the Channel Cabana. Thank you Gina and Ed for having us! We will recommend you to everyone we know!

We booked this reservation very last minute(the day before). Gina was in contact quickly with all the information needed to make it as simple a process as possible. Check-in is simple, we picked our own code to enter. The space was accurately described. Clean, and well taken care of. It doesn't have that "worn down" feel that many places tend to have. This one is well loved. The kitchen is equipped well, if your looking to cook while staying. We had no issues while there, but Gina had given us her phone # just in case there was. Which is a nice touch, communication can be slow through the app at times. We will be staying again in the future!
